We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All payment processing, including credit cards, is provided by PayPal. A PayPal account is not required in order to pay by credit card. When you specify payment by credit card, you will be taken to PayPal's secure payment page to enter your credit card information. PayPal will process the charge to your credit card and credit Rustic Workbench's account. You can rest assured your payment information is secure. Of course if you do have an account with PayPal, you can pay from your account without entering any credit card data. If you're not comfortable paying online, just email us and we can make other arrangements. If paying by personal check, your check must clear before we can ship your purchase.
We generally ship orders the business day after we receive them. Our first choice is USPS Priority Mail but for heavy or bulky orders we'll sometimes use UPS. For U.S. orders, you will generally receive your order within two to seven business days of the shipping date. If there should be any delay in shipping, we'll notify you by e-mail.
We want you to be happy with your order so, with the exception of custom orders, you may return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order details and the reason for the return. We'll respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please pack the item carefully and insure anything that can be damaged.
When you order something from Rustic Workbench, it won't arrive in a fancy custom box. Whenever possible we reuse shipping materials. We promise that everything we ship will be in a clean container and expertly packed so it arrives safely.
Buying a gift?
Are you buying something as a gift? We're happy to ship directly to the gift recipient if you like. Be sure to enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. During the checkout process you'll have the opportunity to leave us a comment. Tell us it's a gift and we'll omit the Packing Slip. And if you'd like us to include a special note to the recipient, we're happy to do that too. Just let us know what you'd like it to say.
